Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is shipped. Email support@diaradecor.in with your order number and the word "Cancel", and we will confirm the cancellation by email.

Refund on cancellation

The full amount, including any shipping charge, is refunded to your original payment method (card, UPI or net banking) within 2 business days of cancellation. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 business days to show the credit.

After your order has shipped

Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy.

Cancellations by us

In rare cases, for example if an item is out of stock or a payment cannot be verified, we may cancel an order. If we do, we will email you and refund the full amount within 2 business days.
